You should be able to identify clients' business and technical requirements, and to produce the corresponding specifications, models, and operational software components. You should also be able to design and implement databases, procedures, and user interfaces that meet requirement specifications. You will report to a software development project manager and work in tight formation with a multidisciplinary team. Ideally, you have a university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science / Engineering, you have a good understanding of the internet, of e-business environments, and a knowledge and experience in software development methodologies and tools. You have relevant experience in Web design and development, including content and layout design and graphics. You have good interpersonal and communicational skills, organization skills, and analysis skills, and you are quality and detail oriented. You have advanced knowledge of Visual Basic (req'd), Java ou C++ (major asset), Java Script (req'd), Perl (asset), Cold Fusion (req'd), ASP or PHP (asset), MS Access (req'd), MS SQL server (major asset), Microsoft Office (req'd), HTML (req'd), Flash (asset), image manipulation and editing sofware and contact managers (asset). You have an experience in Web application development, database development, and software development, you are fluent in written and spoken French and English (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese… an asset), and you have a business specialty: marketing, accounting, human resources... Graphic and Multimedia Designers   Graphics and multimedia creation using Corel and Adobe products. Animation development using Adobe and Macromedia products. Web page layout conception. Business Developer / Analyst   Your mission is to act as a catalyst between clients, sales people and system developers. In conjuction with sales people, you will interact with clients to present our products, identify their needs and close contracts. You will then relate business requirements to system developers, follow-up and coordinate client projects, validate, test and deliver products. You will develop your client base for future training, maintenance and support. You will report to the business development manager and operate with the marketing team. Your professional profile : ideally you have a university degree in Information Systems. You have good research, analysis and modeling skills, a good understanding of e-business environments, you know how to translate business needs into systems requirements. You have good interpersonal and communicational skills, capabilities to prepare and present business proposals, to identify opportunities and advantages, and to generate and close contracts. Marketing and sales knowledge and experience, especially in software solution is a strong asset. You have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a contact manager, and you are fluent in written and spoken French and English (Spanish and Portugese an asset).
